Technical requirements for integrated laser handheld welding and vacuum sealing welding

1. Equipment performance requirements

The integrated laser handheld welding vacuum sealing equipment should meet the following basic performance indicators:

1.1 Laser output power range: 200W-1000W continuously adjustable, power stability ≤± 2%

1.2 Welding depth control accuracy: ± 0.05mm

1.3 Vacuum degree requirement: The vacuum degree of the working chamber needs to reach the level of 10 ⁻ Pa

1.4 Temperature control: The temperature fluctuation in the welding area shall not exceed ± 5 ℃

1.5 Equipment response time: Time from startup to reaching working state ≤ 30 seconds


2. Material adaptability requirements

2.1 Compatibility of Metal Materials: Suitable for vacuum sealed welding of various metal materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloy, aluminum alloy, etc

2.2 Material thickness range: Materials ranging from 0.1mm to 5mm can achieve high-quality welding

2.3 Surface treatment requirements: The surface roughness Ra of the material before welding should be ≤ 0.8 μ m

2.4 Welding of dissimilar materials: Reliable vacuum sealed connections between different metal materials can be achieved


3. Process control requirements

3.1 Laser focus control: automatic tracking accuracy of focus position ± 0.02mm

3.2 Welding speed: 0.1-10mm/min continuously adjustable

3.3 Protective gas: High purity argon or nitrogen gas with a purity of ≥ 99.999% is used

3.4 Weld quality: Weld air tightness leakage rate ≤ 1 × 10 ⁻⁹ Pa · m ³/s

3.5 Weld appearance: No cracks, pores or other defects, surface flatness ≤ 0.1mm


4. Operational safety requirements

4.1 Laser Protection: The equipment must be equipped with a protection system that meets Class 1 laser safety standards

4.2 Vacuum system safety: equipped with overvoltage protection and emergency pressure relief device

4.3 Electrical safety: comply with the requirements of IEC 60204-1 standard

4.4 Operating Interface: Equipped with an intuitive human-computer interaction interface, with the function of storing and calling process parameters


5. Environmental adaptability requirements

5.1 Working temperature range: 10 ℃ -40 ℃

5.2 Relative humidity: ≤ 80% (no condensation)

5.3 Power Requirements: 380V ± 10%, 50Hz, three-phase five wire system

5.4 Equipment noise: ≤ 75dB (A)


6. Maintenance and reliability requirements

6.1 Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF): ≥ 5000 hours

6.2 Key component lifespan: Laser lifespan ≥ 20000 hours

6.3 Daily Maintenance: The equipment should be designed with a structure that facilitates daily cleaning and maintenance

6.4 Calibration cycle: The calibration cycle for key parameters is ≥ 6 months


7. Testing and Acceptance Standards

7.1 Weld seam testing: Non destructive testing such as X-ray inspection and helium mass spectrometry leak detection is required

7.2 Mechanical properties: The tensile strength of the weld seam shall not be less than 90% of the base metal

7.3 Metallographic structure: No abnormal structural changes in the weld area

7.4 Vacuum Maintenance: Maintain at rated vacuum level for 24 hours, with a pressure rise not exceeding 5%
