Job Description

1. Responsible for component selection, schematic design, PCB design, and processing file output of product hardware boards;

2. Responsible for hardware board sample debugging and testing, PCBA production testing guidance document output, production testing, and tooling scheme design;

3. Responsible for the design and development of hardware boards related to lasers and laser processing equipment, as well as the development and validation of new technologies;

4. Responsible for locating and analyzing hardware faults in customer faulty products;

5. Responsible for writing documents related to patents, product manuals, technical parameters, etc. during the R&D phase

Job requirements

1. More than 5-8 years of hardware development related work experience, bachelor's degree or above, major in computer, communication, automation or related fields;

2. Good communication and document writing skills, excellent quick learning ability; Proficient in AD& Cadence PCB design tool, familiar with PCB processing flow and related process requirements. At least 4 or more layers of PCB design to mass production experience;

3. Proficient in at least one 32-bit microcontroller and have experience in developing complete systems based on 32-bit microcontrollers; Rich knowledge of digital and analog hardware fundamentals, familiar with the performance of commonly used basic components. Familiar with the design of analog circuits related to operational amplifiers, ADCs, and DACs. Familiar with commonly used communication hardware interfaces such as IIC, UART, USB, RS-232, RS-485, CAN, ETH, etc. Familiar with the basic principles and peripheral circuit design of CPLD and FPGA;

4. Familiar with product development process and possess DFX awareness;

5. Priority consideration is given to those with one of the following technical experience: experience in developing laser driver boards, design and debugging of high-power DC power supplies, experience in designing and debugging RF amplifiers, and experience in designing and debugging stepper motor drivers. Experience in designing and debugging high-speed ADC or DAC circuits.
